While the staff are friendly and helpful, some guests were disappointed with the dated state of the hotel's interior and facilities. The breakfast was not up to 4-star quality and some guests found the rooms lacking with broken toilet roll holders, worn carpets and broken door handles. Some guests also found the room unclean with mould in the shower and half-eaten chocolates left on the floor. However, many guests still saw this hotel as a definite 4-star option, despite its flaws.
