While the breakfast received mixed reviews, the restaurant is a popular spot for both hotel guests and non-residents. The rooms are a mixed bag with some guests reporting big, luxurious and high quality spaces, while others felt the rooms were outdated, worn out or grubby. The staff are exceptional and received high praise from guests with the spa and gym facilities also receiving rave reviews. The pool facilities have received mixed reviews, but overall, the hotel provides mostly comfortable accommodation with some guests finding their beds to be very comfortable and others needing new mattresses. Despite some isolated incidents, the general consensus was that the hotel was very clean with many guests using phrases like "super clean" and "spotlessly clean". Overall, it is a nice and very good hotel to stay in and many guests would return again.
