The hotel is situated in a supercentral and fantastic location with direct access to the beach promenade and a private exit onto the beach. It's also located near bars, restaurants and shops, making it a great spot for those who want to experience the lively atmosphere of Costa Adeje. Nearby to the beach del Duque, the strip can easily be accessed through the rear door and gate. The hotel facilities include lovely pools, a peaceful lagoon-like pool in a beautiful park and a restaurant downstairs that has great food. With easy walking access to Costa Adeje, the hotel is quiet and calm but near to the animation of the promenade on the beach. Additionally, it has underground parking garages for guest convenience. Although the area does have some negative aspects, it doesn't completely diminish the great location of the hotel with guests highlighting its proximity to the beach and the lovely views of Fañabe. Those looking for a lovely location will have a perfect stay at Adrián Hoteles Jardines de Nivaria.
