Location

William's Houses is a charming hotel nestled in the peaceful area of Akrotiri, away from the crowded rest of the island. It's a scenic and nice quiet base away from the hectic parts like Fira and Oia. The hotel's location is very close to nice beaches, Akrotiri archaeological site, Old Cycladic village and Castle. Guests especially love the quiet location with an amazing terrace and view to the sea. It's also walking distance to food and drink with beautiful restaurants nearby. The location is perfect for those who want to avoid the crowds of other villages on the island. Visitors can easily access main attractions, the lighthouse and some beautiful beaches on the south side of the island. While a vehicle is recommended to get around, the hotel is a comfortable place to reach beaches and the village center. Despite being a bit far from the main towns, it offers amazing views of Santorini and is a good place to visit the south of the island. The hotel's location is the highlight of the stay and while some wished for something more central, the location cost them a lot in taxis. Overall, guests loved the short walk into Akrotiri, which has some amazing restaurants and is a 30-minute walk to the Akrotiri archaeological site.
