However, some guests complained about not being able to use many of the Red Level's benefits because they were closed and others were disappointed that there were still children mingling in the area designated for adults only. Nonetheless, the breakfast options, free all-day non-alcoholic drinks and daily Happy Hour with free tapas were exceptional. The large sea-water pool and well-maintained grounds added to the overall relaxing and quiet ambience.
