With a superb and fabuleux atmosphere, it's hard to believe that it's only a four-star hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff is always happy to see you and ask how you're doing. The hotel is clean and quiet and the staff is exceptionally friendly. However, electric outlets in the rooms should be improved. Additionally, guests should note that some rooms have whirlpool tubs that take up a lot of space and may not suit all guests. Despite this, overall the hotel is superb and definitely worth a visit for a lovely stay in Amsterdam.
