The hotel staff are lovely and welcoming and the dogs are treated like members of the family. Guests have expressed their appreciation for being able to bring their dogs into their rooms, which is a great bonus. However, some guests have found the cost of bringing their dogs to be a little steep. Although the kennel facility is beautifully kept, it would have been nice to have the dogs join their owners during dinner or lunch time in a dog-friendly restaurant or bar area. Despite this, the hotel is incredibly family and pet friendly with guests describing the gun dogs on the premises as lovely.
