Below, we include some basic rules of coexistence to guarantee a great experience to all customers:
• Animals must be controlled and supervised by their owners during their stay.
• Guests must inform reception about the time of the walk, to facilitate room cleaning. Otherwise it can be assumed that you do not want this service.
• Dogs may be left alone in the room, but a contact phone number is needed so that guests can be contacted if necessary.
• Customers are responsible for any damage, dirt or discomfort caused by their pets.
• Credit card details should be given at your arrival and it will it be charged in the necessary amount, if any damage is caused.
