Aegean Houses is a great place to stay in Kos town with an excellent location close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and various bars within walking distance. It's just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 15 to 20-minute walk from the centre of town with bike and car rentals available just in front of the building. The beaches across the hotel are peaceful and the Old town of Kos is a relaxed 20 minutes walk away with lots of shops and bars on the way. The hotel is away from the crowd but close to everything, making it ideal for those who want to enjoy both the city and the beach. Although the location is not in the center of town, it is still within walking distance of Kos town and bike hire is available opposite the hotel as well as a bus stop outside. Overall, guests describe the location of Aegean Houses as being perfect with easy access to both the city and the beaches.
