VIVIAN Art Apartments boast a fantastic location near Rethymno town, away from the busy areas in a calm part of the city. It's not far from the old town and there is a bus station close by. Guests loved the plethora of amazing bakeries and fast food and beautiful restaurants in the area. Parking is free and available anytime. The apartments' location on a hill provides great views and is close to the old town. However, getting to the accommodation requires a bit of a hike up a large hill. These modern and spacious apartments are perfect for those who want to explore Rethymno without a car. The area is very tranquil and perfect for a stroll by the sea. While there were some comments about the location being a little inconvenient, most guests found it to be a great spot just a 5-minute walk from the picturesque old town.

The VIVIAN Art Apartments offer a beautiful sea view from the balcony, which is truly breathtaking. While the beach is supposed to be 200m from the place, the closest usable beach is on the other side of the city, which can take up to 40 minutes to reach on foot. However, this inconvenience didn't dampen guests' experience as they enjoyed their stay in the great apartment with the stunning sea view. Having said that, some guests wished they were closer to the old town and better beaches. To access the cliff, guests would need to descend two or three rows of steps. Despite this, the sea view was described as fantastic, impressive and gorgeous with a great view of the Retimno fortress from the balcony. While a car is necessary to get to a beautiful beach, it won't take long to reach one.
