Guests are raving about its convenient location - situated just in front of the bus station to the old town and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery stores and historic streets. A beachfront location provides spectacular sunset views and an ideal spot for swimming or strolling along the promenade. The complex also provides free parking, making exploring the city by car very easy. With everything so close by, this makes Dubrovnik Luxury Residence – L’Orangerie the perfect base for your Dubrovnik adventure.

The Dubrovnik Luxury Residence - L'Orangerie offers modern, spacious and well-equipped apartments in one of the nicest parts of Dubrovnik with sea views and balconies. The apartments are spotlessly clean, comfy and huge with enough space for families. Some apartments have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet, making them perfect for families. Guests can enjoy large terraces, plenty of natural light and superb amenities like a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen. The property is in a large building that houses cafes, a terrace, a cinema and other apartments. While some guests found the property could do with refurbishing, others thought it was beautiful, luxurious and well-equipped. The location is great and guests appreciate being close to the beach and outside the old town.
