Location

Villa Dubrovnik has impressed guests with its picturesque and extraordinary location. It offers stunning views across the sea to the old town which can be easily reached on foot within 10 minutes. The hotel provides access to a quiet and secluded beach, making it an ideal place to escape and unwind. Guests have praised the friendly, attentive and extremely helpful staff who recommend excellent restaurants and places to see nearby. The hotel's location is also conveniently close to the town but far enough away to avoid the noise. The beach is beautiful and the restaurant location offers great views. This phenomenal location with access to the sea but walking distance to town makes Villa Dubrovnik one of the best hotels guests have ever stayed in.

Rooms

If you're looking for a beautiful resort with amazing views, Villa Dubrovnik is definitely worth a visit! The property is immaculate and very well-maintained with incredibly comfortable beds that will ensure you get a good night's sleep. The lovely rooms offer beautiful sea view balconies and the bedroom facilities and views are spectacular. The quality of the rooms and services are top-notch, but keep in mind that some rooms are relatively small in size and half of the rooms are refurbished while the other half are outdated. Nonetheless, the beauty of the resort and the stunning sea views more than make up for it! Just note that the bathrooms may be tiny with very old bathtubs and some Deluxe Superior rooms have the TV standing exactly in the center of the room. Room service is available with a great selection on the menu.

Villa Dubrovnik boasts exceptional service from an outstanding team of staff who are attentive, courteous and professional, according to many of its guests. Reviewers were stunned by the level of hospitality and kindness shown to them with personnel catering to their every need. The front-desk service is outstanding and the team is very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The hotel has a stunning view and some nice places to eat and the staff are happy to recommend restaurants and places to see. Though the service in the restaurants could be better trained, the rest of the staff at Villa Dubrovnik are top-notch with some guests wishing they could enjoy their exceptional service at every hotel they visit.

The stunning hotel is located in one of the nicest five-star hotels you'll ever come across, making for an absolutely five-star experience all around. With its exclusivity and stunning location, it's no wonder why the price of rooms is quite high. However, some guests still felt that the value for money was lacking with some attributing it to the owner. Overall, Villa Dubrovnik is a luxury traveler's dream come true.
