However, a few guests were disappointed with the lack of some food items at breakfast such as prosciutto crudo or salmon, which had to be paid for additionally. Additionally, some felt the rooms and bathrooms were dated and not quite up to par for a 5-star hotel. Despite some minor issues, this hotel is truly an oasis of elegance, comfort and pleasure that is difficult to find elsewhere.
