Families particularly appreciated the spa and tennis facilities. Overall, the staff, food and spa facilities received high praise with some guests highlighting the professionalism and training of some staff members. Non-existent service was mentioned by a few guests and the concierge could be more alert to assist guests with their baggage, even if it's raining outside. However, most guests found the staff to be a major asset to their stay, describing them as super friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

Nevertheless, guests overall had a lovely time and highly recommend the Toller Spa Bereich at The Langley hotel.
