The Sunset Marquis Hotel is a true gem in West Hollywood with a perfect location tucked away on the edge of Sunset Strip. Guests rave about the convenient and centralized location with everything in every direction just a few steps away. The hotel is situated on a quiet, dead-end street and surrounded by amazing gardens, so it doesn't feel like you're still in the hustle and bustle of L.A. The property has a rich history that sells itself and the staff is absolutely wonderful, providing amazing customer service. Visitors love the nice location and the fact that lots of attractions are nearby, including great restaurants. Whether you're looking for a centrally located hotel or an incredible place to stay, the Sunset Marquis Hotel is the perfect choice.

Of note, Sandrine, one of the staff members, went the extra mile to make one guest's stay unforgettable. While there were a few isolated incidents of unhelpful or rude staff members, these were the exception, not the rule. Overall, the Sunset Marquis Hotel has a professional, friendly and welcoming staff that will make your stay unforgettable.

Pool

The Sunset Marquis Hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing vacation with great pool options. Both pools looked great with one of them being perfect for kids. Many guests liked the pool and found it to be a nice and comfortable setting. A separate pool for villas provided privacy and table service. The outdoor pool and heated pool were also great options. Guests also appreciated the poolside bar and food available. While some rooms facing the pool can be noisy, access to both pools as a guest was easy. The pool areas were just what many guests were looking for with the ability to get their own lounge chairs and have a comfortable setting with poolside bar/food available. The updated outside bar was beautiful and the restaurant had a very nice terrace surrounded by a garden. The only downside was that the pool area is a bit tired and the valet fee for guests is ridiculous at $14.00. Despite this, many guests found that the location was lovely and enjoyed the pools and access to Equinox. Les 2 piscines permettent de se mettre au calme and que el area de la piscina no lucia como la foto de la publicidad, while there were some comments that the pool wasn't clean and Havuzu temiz değil (the pool isn't clean). Overall, the Sunset Marquis Hotel provides a wonderful pool experience for guests looking for a relaxing and comfortable setting.
