While there were some complaints about smokers all around, the casino was mostly well-kept and close to every guest's accommodation, making it a super convenient spot to gamble the night away. With everything in one place, some guests appreciated not leaving the hotel/casino compound to find activities elsewhere. And although some reviews mentioned that the machines were tight and there were too many penny slots, others enjoyed trying their luck and won some decent money. However, as with most casinos, some guests were bothered by cigarette smoke around and would have appreciated being able to order drinks from their slot machine, rather than having to traverse the casino floor. Despite some gripes, the Casino at the Mount Airy Casino Resort - Adults Only 21 Plus remained a popular attraction among guests and many found it to be the best Pocono gambling resort.
