You'll feel like you're staying with family as soon as you walk through the doors. The hotel prides itself on being family-owned and operated and it shows in the way they treat their guests. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, even accommodating our large family of 8 for a two-night stay. The hotel itself is quite basic, but our kids didn't seem to mind as they were too busy enjoying all the activities on offer. While the nearest shop and town are a bit of a walk away, that didn't stop us from exploring the area with our kids. Just be careful at night when there are no sidewalks. Overall, if you're looking for a family-friendly hotel where your kids will feel right at home, Hotel Spanelis might just be the place for you.
