Welcome to Sunset at the Palms Resort - an adults only all-inclusive resort located in a beautifully curated jungle. The resort is situated in a lush and tropical environment, providing guests with a private and gorgeous location for a relaxing getaway. Although the resort is not located directly on the beach, guest reviews rave about the resort's designated beach area across a busy road, which is a fantastic location to soak up the sun on their private beach. The resort also has a fantastic beach bar next door called 'Office of Nature' that you must visit! In terms of the location, the resort is located on Bloody Bay and guests have mentioned that the beach is much better than the Seven Mile Beach. From the lead manager who is exceptional at making guests feel welcome to Lorion from the restaurant service who is just wonderful, the staff is always accommodating and attentive. Guests are impressed with the staff's willingness to help, their friendly and polite demeanor and their attentiveness to guests' needs. Patrick, the Food and Beverage manager, is amazing, as are Kerry from food services and message therapists Novelette and Brenda. Although a few guests have found some areas of service lacking, overall the staff is praised for their wonderful service with one reviewer stating that the staff does everything within their power to please guests. The beautiful gardens, relaxing atmosphere and enthusiastic staff make for a truly memorable and enjoyable stay.
