No request was too big or small for the staff and they even provided necessary items for guests with infants. The small complex boasts a family-oriented atmosphere with lifeguards and friendly hard-working staff always with a smile on their faces. The only negative mention was of a minority of staff who were not as helpful or informed. All in all, the staff of Club del Carmen are exceptional and make for an unforgettable experience.
