The pool towel service is marvellous with guests able to exchange towels as needed throughout the day. On the downside, some guests found the pool area too crowded at times with difficulty finding loungers, especially during meal times. The hotel could also do with finding a solution to the issue of guests reserving loungers early in the morning and not returning until much later. Despite these issues, guests generally found the pool area to be a highlight of their stay with the pools being pretty and well-maintained and the grounds immaculate.
