Beds
The guests of the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa had mixed reactions when it came to the beds. Some enjoyed the large and super comfortable beds, finding them perfect for a relaxing sleep. However, others found the beds too firm or even hard, which made sleeping difficult. A few guests complained about a big dip in the middle of the bed. Unfortunately, no single beds are available for guests who prefer a smaller sleeping arrangement. On a positive note, guests raved about the comfortable pillows and found the rooms to be lovely and cozy. Cleanliness
The Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa is a beautiful and clean hotel located in a nice area with facilities that make the stay fantastic. Overall, the hotel was spotless and impeccably clean. Additionally, the hotel was well decorated and organised. Guests found the housekeeping to be good but felt that it could be a little better. There were a few issues reported such as cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, debris and old socks under the bed and a bit of mold in the shower. However, these were minor issues and did not detract from the otherwise exceptional cleanliness of the hotel. There was a previously sensational smell, but it was gone and replaced with something less pleasant. The carpets in the lobby were reported as filthy, but the rooms were described as very clean and well looked after, even exceptionally clean in some cases. However, many guests still enjoyed the facilities and treatments on offer with massages being described as wonderful. The spa staff are also praised for being professional and attentive, adding to the relaxing experience.

It's worth noting that dogs are allowed in the hotel, which may be a negative for some guests. Additionally, some guests have commented on a lack of robes and slippers in the executive room's spa, as well as small and thin towels. However, guests can make use of the spa facilities until 11am on the day of checkout and the facilities themselves are commonly described as excellent, albeit small and tired by some. On the other hand, some also describe the spa as a really nice and lovely touch with free access to the spa being a plus.
