The pool and location are a definite plus, but unfortunately, some guests found the pool temperature too cold or the indoor pool to be cold altogether. Aside from the pools, guests can also access entertainment, leisure and food on-site. The small indoor pool is perfectly heated for younger children and the outside pool and jacuzzi are a nice touch. However, some visitors found the parking inadequate and lifeguards to be distracted at times. Overall, the TLH Derwent Hotel has excellent facilities available for all ages in all weathers, making it the perfect destination for a family vacation.
