The spa area is luxurious and has done what it can during Covid, but some guests found the treatments to be extremely expensive with short massage times and a lack of space for treatments. The pool is exceptional with soft water and the staff are fantastic. Overall, the range of facilities in the spa area is great, but pre-bookings are required for some sessions which can leave guests with a not very relaxing experience. Despite its flaws, the spa and fitness facilities are something to consider when booking a stay at Champneys Forest Mere.
