The Peabody Memphis hotel is the perfect spot for those who want to be in the heart of downtown Memphis. With its fantastic location, guests can enjoy easy access to Beale Street, where they can indulge in delicious food and great music. The hotel also offers a beautiful view of the sunset and is conveniently close to many shops and restaurants, as well as the Orpheum Theater for those who want to see the Grinch. History buffs will also appreciate the hotel's proximity to the Cotton Museum and Civil Rights Museum. Overall, guests highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere.

Breakfast

The breakfast experience at Peabody Memphis is a mixed bag according to guest reviews. They also love the pillows, finding them great as well. The rooms themselves are also very comfortable, clean and spacious with some guests commenting on how large and beautifully finished the bathrooms are. And if you're visiting during the warmer months, don't worry - the hotel staff will happily remove down comforters to keep you cool and comfortable. Additionally, one guest had mold on their shower curtain and stains on their bedsheet, but the staff promptly cleaned it when notified. However, the outstanding valet service and staff make up for it. The Peabody ducks are so much fun and the Duck Master takes extra time to visit with families. The hotel staff is amazing with outstanding service especially from Sonia the manager. All customer service is exceptional and the employees are polite, friendly and always have a smile. The Southern charm and hospitality at its best is evident throughout the location, atmosphere and staff. Despite a few areas of the hotel being short-handed, the hotel is beautiful and the staff is brilliant. The bar and restaurant staff may have looked unhappy and overwhelmed according to a few guests, but overall, the staff at Peabody Memphis is old-school excellent and will spoil guests.

Parking

While there is a cost for parking, the prices for valet parking were reasonable compared to other hotels.
