For those visiting Cleveland Hospital, the hotel's position is unbeatable with easy access to both the medical facility and the mall through covered walkways. The hotel's direct access to the mall provides a great convenience for guests with a beautiful walking area and many shops and restaurants. The hotel is also in relative proximity to the city center, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. Guests loved how the hotel was connected to everything important on the island and commented on its calm atmosphere. The staff was also praised for their excellent services. While some guests felt that the location could have been better, most were very satisfied with the hotel's central location and easy access to the area's top attractions.
