Although there were some who felt that some members of the dining staff could be friendlier, overall the staff were considered to be very efficient, hard working and accommodating. The hotel reception was particularly welcoming and some guests noted that the hotel had made a good choice by employing a Brazilian receptionist. Although the cleaning staff were not mentioned much, they were noted to be particularly efficient. One guest felt misled by the person at the reception when given directions to their room. The majority of guests noted that the staff made their stay particularly enjoyable and that they were always available to assist. The view and the staff were considered 'amazing' by one guest.
