Multiple guests reported being unable to access the spa, which was particularly upsetting for those who were looking forward to a relaxing evening there. In fact, one guest was particularly disappointed to find that the hotel's definition of a spa was just a small room for beauty treatments and massages - no sauna, steam room, or other amenities to speak of. However, there were a few guests who did have an excellent experience at the spa with some even receiving two complimentary treatments. While there were no specific mentions of the spa outside of these comments, a guest named Maria was apparently particularly helpful during one guest's time there. In any case, if you're hoping for a private pool in your room, that seems to be an option - although this seems to be a better bet than the hotel's rather misleading spa offerings.
