Studio 6-Tempe, AZ receives favorable reviews for its convenient location, praised for its proximity to major highways, the airport, shopping malls and dining options, enhancing the overall guest experience. The surrounding environment is often described as clean, well-maintained and peaceful with quiet areas providing a comfortable stay. Many enjoy the easy access to essential amenities and attractions, including a nearby Denny’s, making it a suitable choice for work or leisure trips.
The rooms at Studio 6-Tempe offer a blend of comfort and functionality, especially appreciated by those seeking extended stays. The well-equipped kitchenettes, complete with appliances like a toaster, small stove, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, provide convenience for guests preferring to prepare their own meals. Many reviews commend the rooms for their spaciousness and quiet, home-like atmosphere.
However, cleanliness at the property varies. Some guests praise the accommodations for being clean with fresh linens and towels, while others report significant issues like cigarette and marijuana smells, sticky floors, cockroaches and overall poor maintenance. The mixed reviews suggest an inconsistency in the upkeep and hygiene of the rooms.

Guests frequently cite the attentive and accommodating customer service, particularly highlighting front desk employees for their exceptional support. Despite occasional reports of rude behavior and unprofessional conduct from some staff members, the majority of testimonials reflect a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
Feedback on the quality of the beds is also mixed. While some guests find the beds comfortable and newer-looking with satisfactory pillows, others experience discomfort due to old, worn-out mattresses, creaky frames and issues like cleanliness problems, including cockroach and bedbug sightings. In summary, Studio 6-Tempe, AZ offers a convenient and generally pleasant stay with its prime location, functional room amenities and mostly positive staff interactions. However, variability in cleanliness and bed comfort can affect the overall guest satisfaction.
