The Fountain Athens is located in a fantastic spot, right in the heart of Athens. The city center is very close to the metro, making it easy to get around. This cosy and clean hotel is within walking distance to most attractions, including the Acropolis. The airport connection via metro is very good and there are many fantastic restaurants and bars nearby. The Psirri area has loads of things to do for a younger crowd with good restaurants and bars. Despite being in a busy and noisy area, the hotel never got too loud and earplugs were even provided. Overall, the location is perfect for those looking to visit Athens' historic sites and for nightlife. The staff is nice and helpful, the rooms are great and the breakfast is delicious.
