The Rak Elegant Hotel Patong has an excellent spa that comes highly recommended by guests. The massage is particularly excellent, better than any found in nearby massage parlors. The spa offers many additional services, including a sauna, pool and gym. The sauna and hamam are particularly noteworthy, although some guests have noted that the hamam has an unpleasant odor. One reviewer noted that they were unable to use the spa because staff members work at other locations. Despite this, others have raved about the talented and skilled masseuse. Overall, visitors should definitely check out the spa - just make sure to book in advance.

The Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort in Phuket presents a generally favorable impression, though it comes with certain limitations. Situated on a hill, the resort offers beautiful scenic views and a tranquil environment, appreciated for its serenity and distance from the busy city center. The location's peace and landscape beauty stand out, although accessibility issues mean guests often need transportation to reach Patong Beach or other attractions with the steep hill posing a challenge for those with limited mobility.
The breakfast experience, provided by a third-party restaurant, delivers mixed satisfaction; while some guests find it good, frequent complaints about limited variety, low quality and hygiene concerns like insects on dishes detract from its overall appeal. The dinner, on the other hand, sees praise for its delicious offerings but is marred by reports of overpricing and inconsistent quality.
Rooms at the resort receive commendation for their spacious design, comfort and amenities, including private spa baths or jacuzzis. However, cleanliness and maintenance issues, such as dirty floors, outdated fixtures and ant infestations, are a common complaint. The general cleanliness of the property garners positive mentions, albeit with significant concerns about hygiene in communal areas like pools and jacuzzis and lapses in housekeeping services.
Guest interactions with the staff show a split in experiences. Many appreciate the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, especially the cleaning and transport teams. Conversely, there are numerous reports of unprofessional and uncooperative behavior, poor communication and insufficient English-speaking skills among the staff, which affect the overall service quality.
The hotel's Wi-Fi service is another point of contention, often described as inconsistent with frequent connectivity issues and slow speeds. The pool areas, while aesthetically pleasing and offering several options, face criticism for poor maintenance with cleanliness issues being a recurrent theme.
Family experiences at the resort are mostly positive with friendly staff and a tranquil atmosphere making it suitable for those with young children. Yet, the resort falls short of its five-star rating expectations with many feeling that it doesn't provide value for money due to lacking cleanliness, inadequate service and subpar breakfast offerings. The jacuzzi and hot tub amenities, although a luxury feature, suffer from cleanliness and functionality issues, impacting the overall guest satisfaction.
While the resort's landscape, spacious rooms and tranquil setting stand out as strong positives, improving maintenance, cleanliness, staff training and food quality would significantly enhance the guest experience at Club Wyndham Patong Hill Phuket, Trademark Collection by Wyndham.
