The outdoor pool is heated to an extremely warm temperature, making it perfect for winter months and there is even an outdoor hot pool. Additionally, guests enjoyed the convenience of having a bar located near the pool. However, some guests noted that the pool area could use some improvement, such as more umbrellas and chairs, as well as better upkeep of the outdoor jacuzzi. Despite these small flaws, guests appreciated the overall experience and highly recommended the pool areas and spa at the Fairmont Banff Springs.
