Guests loved the spa and wellness area which was clean, well-maintained and had excellent facilities such as a Turkish sauna, massage services and a cabina bagno turco 2x2. Although some guests felt that the spa could use some improvements such as more music appropriate for a spa or a larger swimming pool, overall, the spa was a great point of the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming with the customer service being particularly amazing at the spa. The spa facilities are perfect for a rainy day or a relaxing day in, making this hotel a perfect destination for some much-needed pampering.
