However, some guests feel that the jacuzzi could do with some investment as it was very cold instead of hot. On the other hand, some guests enjoyed the hot tub, especially for the autumn weather. Unfortunately, the infinity pool, which is supposed to be a hot tub, was also freezing cold. Regardless of these comments, many guests found the rooms to be comfortable and the spa facilities excellent, although one guest did mention that the whirlpool had a funny smell to the water.

While some guests reported difficulties with lifting the heavy lid of the hot tub, others appreciated the incredible view of the river that their hot tub afforded them. Even when there were issues with the hot tub, the staff were quick to respond, sending an engineer to fix the problem. Some guests specifically requested a villa with a hot tub, while others simply loved the addition of the jacuzzi. The pool area does not currently have a jacuzzi, but there are hot tubs located on the deck and in some rooms. Other amenities, such as a pool table, were also enjoyed alongside the hot tub. While there were some reports of the hot tub not being ready or the jets not working, for the most part guests found the hot tub to be immaculate and in an excellent position. However, emptying the hot tub came with some downsides, such as flooding the access way into and out of the room. Despite this, guests found the hot tub to be an amazing addition to their stay, providing relaxation and the chance to take in beautiful views of the wildlife.
