It boasts incredible staff, food, cleanliness and overall service, making it a true 5-star experience. The hotel is a luxurious haven, offering magnificent and spacious grounds that are on par with its high ranking. However, some guests found the price to be steep for what they received and some were disappointed by small details such as having to pay for water with meals, lack of ironing equipment and the use of recycled toilet paper, which they believe is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Despite these minor concerns, the hotel still provided very impressive exterior and interior with beautiful detailing and an excellent team who are attentive to every guest's needs.
