The hotel has excellent outdoor and indoor pools, spa, wellness and fitness centers. Some guests found the rooms not as clean as expected and there were some issues with service quality. Despite these small issues, guests were very happy with the hotel and said that it was beautiful and one of the top 5-star hotels they had ever been to. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and is located far from the city center, but a frequent bus service makes up for this. Overall, the hotel is excellent with the only room for improvement being addressing the small points mentioned to match the price tag of a 5-star hotel.
