Located 4km from the city centre, the hotel is perched on a hill with a view of Chania and the sea and some guests raved about the "exceptional view of Chania and the sea from the room". The free shuttle to town every 30 minutes was also a hit with visitors, making transportation access easy. Though there were a few mentions of the hotel being a bit far from the city, the shuttle service was praised as an added bonus.
