Acanthus Blue is a wonderful hotel with a perfect location for exploring Corfu Town. It is situated just a short walk from the old town and beautiful dining options. The hotel is also conveniently close to the sea with easy access for swimming. The walk along the coast to the old town is very pleasant. The staff is great and the hotel is beautifully decorated to a high standard. It is located between the airport and the old town of Kerkyra, making it a perfect base to stay for exploring the entire island. The location is just outside of the city center, but still close enough to explore by foot. The hotel is also close to authentic restaurants serving typical Corfiot specialities and near the water. In addition, it is in an up and coming area with lovely views of the sea.

Breakfast

If you're looking for a hotel with a breakfast that will set your day off on the right foot, then Acanthus blue is the place for you. The delightful courtyard breakfast is truly marvellous, outstanding and excellent - you couldn't ask for better! With both continental and cooked options available, including a homemade savoury pie slice, the food is farm fresh and home made, all of exceptional quality. The breakfast and dinner area is a covered garden which, in its design and planting, its lighting and quality of construction is a wonderful area to enjoy the excellent food which is cooked in front of you. The breakfasts are lovely and served in a beautiful patio and are made to order with incredible choices and all dishes tasted amazing. The breakfast is really good, utilizing local produce, it's a great start to the day. The food and service in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast were also excellent. All served in a relaxing garden setting which is a little oasis and with lovely comfortable rooms, it's easy to see why guests keep coming back for more.

Guests can enjoy beautiful architecture, lovely comfortable rooms and a superb breakfast. All the rooms are furnished with great taste and attention to detail, creating a very enjoyable experience. The hotel provides luxury toiletries, robes and slippers that are very welcome. However, some guests found the ground floor rooms to be pokey and noisy due to the bar and breakfast staff and some rooms had no curtains. Overall, Acanthus Blue is an amazing hotel with fantasitc rooms and all guests appreciated the hotel's attention to detail.
