The complimentary shuttle service adds an extra layer of ease for travelers.
In terms of breakfast, guests appreciate the inclusion of breakfast in the room rate and the convenience of early service times. Freshly cooked eggs, sausages and waffles are often pointed out as delightful. However, there's a noted need for improvement regarding variety and quality with some guests dissatisfied with limited options and basic setups.
Dinner options are convenient with a 24-hour on-site restaurant and nearby dining venues like the well-reviewed Hot Biscuit Restaurant. However, some concerns exist about the quality and ambiance of certain recommended eateries.

The hotel's free WiFi and TV reception receive consistent criticism with many guests experiencing poor connectivity and non-functional televisions, impacting overall satisfaction.
While the gym has well-regarded weight machines, it falls short in terms of functional cardio equipment and overall upkeep. Guests feel the facility could benefit from significant upgrades.
