The butler service, especially Linus, is outstanding and the nicest staff ever experienced at any resort. They are friendly, attentive and go above and beyond in every interaction. Although some guests experienced minor issues with disorganization and unfriendly staff on the first day, the butlers were always helpful and attentive. The rooms are spacious and cool, complete with balconies, hammocks and outdoor showers and the resort is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff is exceptional, providing outstanding service and phenomenal attention to details. The outdoor pool and private beach are gorgeous with great snorkeling opportunities and fantastic amenities. Ti Kaye Resort & Spa is the perfect romantic getaway, offering a sense of serenity and seclusion that is perfect for a honeymoon or any special time in St Lucia.
