Former Castle Hotels in Daviot

Originally built in the 12th century, the castle belonged to the Bains and the Davidson clan soon after. The name Tulloch was given to the castle at the beginning of the 16th century and has remained as such ever since, despite having changed ownership countless times. In the 1940s, after the evacuation of Dunkirk, the castle was used as a hospital and later on as a hostel for females only. In 1996, the castle was sold again and remade into the hotel and conference centre that it is today.

Kincraig Castle is an 18th century castle nestled in an idyllic location in the Scottish highlands. It is right outside Inverness and it belonged to the Mackenzie clan. Today, it is a 4-star hotel that offers luxurious accommodation in a historic and beautiful natural setting, as well as excellent services and 10 acres of gardens and green spaces for all guests to enjoy.
