Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' categoryThe Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus Polaris is a pleasant hotel with a very nice facility and good value. Although some guests found the rooms a little dated, they were still adequate and didn't detract from the positive experience. The hotel provides a pool and hot tub area, but some guests were disappointed that it closed early. Breakfast accommodations were also considered too limiting. Guests who drove found that parking was limited. Other guests experienced issues with the air conditioner and the inability to cool the room below 68 degrees. However, despite some negative experiences, the majority of guests had a pleasant stay and appreciated the good value offered by the hotel.
