The majority of guests appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of all staff members, including the front desk staff and waitstaff. Although some guests noted that a few staff members lacked consideration for guests, management and the majority of staff were very accommodating. The hotel boasts a nice and big pool area with two great pools located on two different levels. Although the pool area is very entertainment and activity-focused, guests can always count on the professionalism of the staff. The only downside some guests have found is that the beach area wasn't always cleaned thoroughly. Overall, guests have enjoyed their time at Seabel Aladin Djerba.
