One of the highlights of the hotel is the lounge with a log fire which provides the perfect setting to relax in. The restaurant area is also very traditional with its own fireplace creating a lovely ambiance. Guests who stayed in the suites with fireplaces loved the experience, although one guest mentioned that their fireplace smoked a bit. However, the hotel staff were quick to provide plenty of firewood and excellent service. The rooms are spacious and immaculate with one guest mentioning they had a four-poster bed, fireplace and even a Jacuzzi. Just be aware that while the hotel provides wood for the fireplace, it may be helpful to bring some extra kindling just in case. The hotel also provides a warm atmosphere with the indoor temperature kept at a cozy 25°C.
