The facilities are great for a night away or a spa break with some guests having had amazing massages. However, there are some negative comments regarding the spa not being a true spa, the jacuzzi being full of children and cold and the shower rooms being dirty. Some guests were also unable to pre-book spa treatments, which caused disappointment.
