Guests praise the good quality of rooms and breakfast and even appreciate the added service of a hairstylist in the lobby. However, parking can be a bit of a hassle as the hotel's parking garage can fill up quickly and there aren't many other options. The hotel aims to make guests feel at home, but some reviewers note that basic amenities like milk and spoons for coffee would be appreciated. Also, unfortunately there are no electric car charging stations due to fire safety regulations. On the bright side, check-in is made easy with the invoice provided at check-in and no extra time required for check-out or worries about minibar charges. Plus, the minibar is complimentary! Keep in mind that the hotel restaurant serves drinks, but some guests say it's not quite what they were hoping for. Overall, the hotel's location, equipment and reception service are highly praised.
