Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' categoryThe Muthu Clumber Park Hotel and Spa is a slightly dated property that is in need of updating throughout. However, the hotel does offer fab value for money and amazing food. Many guests were disappointed with the lower quality breakfast and the fact that the hotel offered them alternative rooms that were smaller than what they had booked. Despite being rated as a 4 star hotel, many felt that it was more on par with a basic Premier Inn. The inside of the hotel is considered tired and a fresh coat of paint would have improved the overall look. Guests also mentioned that the property had potential, but currently stands tired and unloved. Although the price is on the expensive side, the hotel did not meet the expectations of many guests who had previously stayed at higher floors and did not experience similar issues.
