Although there is no lift, the shuttle service from the parking lot to the hotel is quick and reliable, so you won't have to worry about lugging your luggage up the very steep hill to the hotel. The shuttle service is also free and you'll find the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. However, parking facilities could be improved as parking is far from the Hotel and one has to overcome some altitude issues. If you're cycling, you might need to find an alternative storage option, but if you don't mind a bit of a workout, the hotel's location and parking service could be the perfect excuse for some physical activity. Despite some mixed reviews, we believe that the parking situation at this hotel is more than adequate and the shuttle service more than makes up for any shortcomings.
