They are exceptionally nice, attentive and friendly, making the guests feel at home from the minute they walk in. The kindness and support of the whole staff is one of the highlights of the resort. Guests have bonded with some of the staff members like Jayson Guilalas, Ian and Jonathan from the F&B team. The staff is always approachable, accommodating and courteous, attending to every detail promptly. The guest reviews reveal that the staff is amazing, great and welcoming. Even though there were some negative comments about the slow service of some staff, guests have unanimously praised the staff as being one of the highlights of the hotel.
