The Crowne Plaza Reading offers a lovely wellness and gym with excellent spa facilities that include a pool, sauna and steam room. Guests recommend booking treatments well in advance as they are popular. Although there is no jacuzzi available, the swimming, sauna and steam room were great to use. The spa area is small but guests still found it lovely. Unfortunately, some guests experienced rude staff and difficulty booking treatments. Some found the pool area a bit tatty and not very relaxing. However, overall guests enjoyed the spa and noted that all facilities were amazing. While some guests had negative experiences with the spa treatment and found the Spa quite small, others had a lovely two nights away for spa treatment.
