However, the spa facilities receive mixed reviews. While some guests loved the aromatherapy massage and found the spa facilities lovely, others found them pretty dated and the swimming pool and jacuzzi were small. Some guests couldn't get a booking for a treatment due to the spa being fully booked. Moreover, a few guests found the spa needed an upgrade with tiles in the pool broken and some areas in need of TLC. Despite this, the staff, including those in the spa, were lovely and offered excellent attention to detail. Overall, while some guests enjoyed the spa, others found it lacking in indulgence and advised avoiding busy times at the pool.
